April 22, 1975
Miuutes of special Planniug and Zoning commission held April 22, 1975, in
the city municipal building.
Present: Chairmen James Branson, Jack Menard, Allen Martin, Ed Reese,
Del Peters and Rodney Parrish. Larry Rawlins excused.
Meeting called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chairm~n James Branson.
BUNCE SUBDIVISION- The commission reviewed the prelimiuaryplat of the
Bunce Subdivision. Jack Menardmade the motion to accept the preliminary
plat. Del ~kPeters seconded motion. All commission members voted in favor
of motion.
Mark Bunce asked the feelings of the commission of the people interested in
buying his home-budlding on to the present garage. The commission saw no reason
why the easement could not be used as side yard re~,~vement. The side lot
requirement would be on a future easement owned by another party.
MOB~E HOME SECTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE: A discussion followed on the zoniug
ordinance, especially the Mobile Home section. Mr. Menard told the commission
of a sample ordinance that covered M-l, M-2, and M-3. Allen Martin suggested Mr.
Menard obtaiu one of these ordinance that the commission might review.
Jack Menard asked the commission to go over the zoning ordinance and be
ready for some re-vision at the next meeting of commission.
Motion to adjourn was made by Del Peters at 7:~0 p.m. Ed Reese seconded
motion.
