Commission Member Del Peters made a motion to recommend to the City Council
to accept the preliminary plat of the Doyle Chatterton Subdivision, waiving
depth of lots of 100' to 80.6' depth, because of land use planning. Lots
do meet square footage requirements. Before settlement on final plat,
Commission wants to know disposition of west end of Lynn Street and the

construction is completed on Annette Street sewer services will be placed on
east side of street. Dick Anderson seconded the motion. All members voted in
favor.

the Mobile Manor Extension to be reviewed by the Commission Members. He
said they wanted the best use made of the land. Chairman Menard asked Mr.
Forsgren to notify his client that the city has not adopted a comprhensive
plan and the city cannot re-zone until such time that they do so.
The Commission reviewed the ordinance on backing out onto a main thorough~
