Minutes of special meeting of Planning and Zoning Commission
held in the city municipal b~ldiug October 21, 1976.
Present: Chairnu~u Jack Menard,~ Commission M~mbers Dwain Kinghorn,
Larry Rawlins, Jim Chatterton and Dee Stalder.
Meeting ca]~ed to order at 8:11 p.m.
Purpose of this meeting is to consider the Bar X Tracts final plat.
Daniel D~iley, of Forsgren & Perkins & Associates, presented the final
plat of the Bar X Tracts.
Robert Waters, property owner in the Bar X Tracts, voiced a concern
as to the d~velopment of this area as he had not been contacted.
Chairman Menard said this is a forced plat and therefor s]l residents
do not have to sign the final plat.
Commissi~nMember Dw~n Kinghornmade motion to recommend to the
city council to accept the final plat of the Bar X Tracts. Jim
Chatterton seconded the motion. The voting was unanimous.
Minutes of meeting held October 7, 1976 were read. Commission Member
Larry Rawlins made motion to accept minutes as read. Dwain Kinghorn
seconded the motion. The voting was unanimous.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
