Lot size being approximately 49' David Landon moved that the city grant the application with a 49' lot under the stipulation that the applicant meet these five requirements mentioned in Mr. Carmpbell's letter or they bring in another trailer that does meet these requirements if they feel like that its too costly to do that. Steve Smart addressed the concern that we had advertized to put it on a foundation and we were not calling it a conditonal use permit as long as they meet the requirements and split the lot up. Attorney Holmes advised the commission that to allow a Class II you need a conditional use permit and we had not gone through the hoops for that permit, they were there on a variance. 2).
