Minutes of the regular meeting of the Land Use and Development
Commission held in the city municipal building March 7, 1991.
Present: Chairman Kent Kearns, Commission Members: Ron Andersen,
Gayle Anderson, Pete Anderson, Richard Pearson, Luther
Perkins, Betty Poole; Attorney Tom Holmes, Public Works
Director, Steve Smart.
Chairman Kent Kearns called the meeting to order at 8'00 p.m.
Chairman Kent Kearns asked for approval of the February 7, 1991
minutes. Pete Andersen moved to approve the minutes as
mailed. Richard Pearson seconded the motion, with all voting
in favor.
Richard Pearson moved to end the official business for a study
session. Pete Anderson seconded the motion, with all voting
in favor.
Meeting adjourned for a study session as 8'08 p.m.
