Present: Pete Anderson, Myrna Cain, Steve Smart, Don Moore, Larry Kohntopp, Jeannie
Kohntopp, Mary Harker, Ray Rosen, Nolan Biscoe, Gayle Anderson, Kathleen Leary
(substituting for Myrna Crapo)
Pete Anderson called the meeting to order 8:00 pm
Pete Anderson called for approval of the minutes of the Study Session. With the exception that
the name of the elementary school in question be changed from Chubbuck Elementary to Ellis
Elementary, Mary Harker moved for approval and Ray Rosen Seconded the motion that minutes
be approved with the one correction. Motion passed and minutes were approved.
1. Mary Harker questioned regarding set -back on corner with garage or carport -Steve Smart
Clarified ordinance. Myrna Cain made motion to advertise for Public Hearing, Gayle
Anderson seconded. Passed
New Land Use Member was welcomed and information packed was given to him.
2. Pete Anderson questioned as to whether some driveways would be grand fathered in -Steve
Smart explained that the new ordinance was just housekeeping.
There was some discussion.
Don Moore made the motion that this be advertised for Public Hearing, Mary Harker seconded,
the motion passed.
Steve Smart gave some clarification to the ordinance regarding subdivisions to be complete
before city signs off platt.
Ray Rosen motioned for adjournment, Gale An#6)%6n�egbn*. Meeting was adjourned 8:30pm
