Chairman Pete Andersen called the work session to order at 8:00 PM.
Purpose of Meeting: To discuss with Mayor and council the park for Cambridge Estates.
The discussion included:
1. Victorian Village park location.
2. Having a larger park in the area.
3. A baseball complex and a play area not mixing in the same small park
4. The zoning being R-1
5. Single family homes and the cost involved
6. Restrictive Covenant used to enforce the type of homes
Mitch Greer of Rocky Mountain Engineering
1. A meeting with the school district resulted in them requesting an additional access into
the school property.
2. The did not want the park next to the school's unless more parking was added.
Darris Ellis: 1. Requested it be made a R-2 area
2. Discussed the money he would loose by building in an R-1 area as opposed to an R-2.
The meeting adjourned 9:25 PM
