COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
July 16, 1991
Minutes of a special meeting held at the city municipal building,
July 16, 1991.
Present: Mayer John O. Cotant, Council members Steven M. England,
David A. Landor, W. Dean Wood, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes and
Public Works Director Steven M. Smart, Councilman Leroy S.
Quick was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by Mayor Cotant,
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss 1991 Baseball Program.
At 5
:32, Councilman England moved to go into executive session
meeting to discuss decisions of personnel appointed to ~he
1991 Baseball Program as authorized by Idaho Cod~ 67-2345
(b). Councilman Wood seconded. Roll Call Vote: Quick,
England, yes; Landor, yes; Wood, yes. 100% of council members
present voted in favor of motion.
Discussion about procedure on baseball by-laws, penalizing
coaches, players and spectators for unsportsmanlike conduct.
No decision or action was taken.
At
6:30 p,m,, Councilman England moved to adjourn from executive
session meeting to regular meeting. Councilman Landon
seconded. All council members present voted in favor of
motion.
At 6:
30 p.m., Councilman Landon moved, Councilman England seconded,
with full council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City o¢ Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 5:30 p.m., on the 16th. day o¢ July, 1991. The object
of the special meeting is to discuss 1991 Basebal] Program.
