Minutes of a special meeting hold at the University Inn, Moscow,
Idaho, June 21, 1991. ;
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Steven M. Englaod,
David A. Landon, W. Dean Wood, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes and
Public Works Director Steven M. Smart. Councilman Leroy S.
Quick and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m. by Mayor Cotant,
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss purchase of Parrish Property,
in condemnation action, to the north of City Offices.
At 8:15 a.m., Councilman England moved to go into executive session
meeting to discuss a proposal received from Rodney Parrish for
his property north of city offices, as authorized by Idaho
Code 67-2345 (f). Councilman Landon seconded. Roll Call Vote:
Quick, absent; England, yes; Landon, yes; Wood, yes. 100% of
council members present voted in favor of motion.

No action or final decision was made.

8:30 a.m., Councilman Wood moved to adjourn from executive
session meeting to regular meeting. Councilman Landon
seconded. All council members present voted in favor of
motion.
OFFER ON PARRISH PROPERTY NORTH OF CITY OFFICES - All council
members present were in favor of offering Rodney Parrish
$60,000.00 for the property north of city office that is in
condemnation action.
