COUNCIL MEETING HINUTES
May 26, 1992
Minutes of special meeting held in the city municipal building,
May 26, 1992. ~
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Councilmembers Steven M. EnglaDd,
David A. Landon W. Dean Wood, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes Public
Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Councilman Leroy S. Quick was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor John O. Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss and adopt Resolution ¢6-92 -
Amending Resolution ~4-92, designating the number of members
on the Ohubbuck Development Authority & Urban Renewal Agency.
RESOLUTION #6-92 - A resolution of the Mayor and the Council of the
City of Chubbuok amending Resolution ~4-92 to designate the
number of members of the Ohubbuck Development Authority and
Urban Renewal Agency created pursuant to Idaho Code 50-2005,
to have seven members instead o¢ the original five, to approve
the appointment of members to the Authority and to provide for
the terms of office, :
Mayor Cotant read Resolution ¢6-92 in full,
Councilman England moved to adopt Resolution ¢6-92 as read,
Councilman Landon seconded. All council members present voted
in favor of motion.
At 6:35 p.m,,

council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 6:20 p.m., on Tuesday, the 26th. day of May, 1992. The
object of the special meeting is to discuss and adopt Resolution
~6-92 - Amending Resolution #4-92 to designating number of members
of the Chubbuck Development Authority & Urban Renewal Agency.

RE: Resolution
Dear Ron:
Enclosed is a clean copy of the proposed ordinance on the
Chubbuck Development Authority. I would suggest the Council hold
a special meeting immediately prior to the Development Authority
meeting on May 26 and adopt this Resolution. That way, there is
no question that the actions that follow are official.
