Minutes of special meeting held in the city municipal building,
March 10, 1992.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick,
Steven M. England, David A. Landor, W. Dean Wood, Attorney
Thomas J. Holmes, Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and
City Clerk Ron C, Conlin. Fire Chief Cary Campbell and Gerd
Dixon were present.
Present from Land Use and Development Commission: LU&D Commission
Chairman Kent Kearns, Myrna Cain and Mary Harker.
Meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Mayor John O. Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is discussion of the Comprehensive Plan with
Council members and Land Use and Development Commission.
Discussion about House Bill 651 "Idaho Development Impact
Fee Act".
Discussion about Goal 9, Residential Land Use. Don, Galligan
suggested some sort of independent party, prepare an Impact
Analysis in new subdivisions to show whether or not a
development is going to have an impact on city services.
Will discuss at a public meeting.
Discussion about a statement for, 11. Recreation.
Provide the residents of the City of Chubbuck with
adequate recreational opportunities in organized sports, park
facilities, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, open space
neighborhood parks, formula plans to provide recreational
opportunities in conjunction with School Dist ~25.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, the loth. day of March, 1992.
The object of the special meeting is to discuss Comprehensive Plan
with Land Use & Development Commission.
