COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
November 3, 1993
Minutes of a special meeting held at the city municipal building,
November 3, 1993.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick,
Steven M. England, W. Dean Wood and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.,
Councilman David A. Landon, Attorney Thomas J. Holmes and
Public Works Director Steven M. Smart were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is for Mayor and Council to canvass results of
1993 Election.
CANVASS OF 1993 ELECTION RESULTS - The election held November 2,
1993, was for the election of Mayor and two Council Members
for four year terms. The ballot box holding the supplies, was
unlocked and sealed envelope containing Tally Book, Election
Record and Poll Book, used ballots, plus pad with first unused
ballot was opened.
After a thorough canvass of the election records, C6uncilman
Wood moved to accept the tabulation of votes as prepared by
the Election Judge and Clerks, proclaiming the results a's
final. Councilman England seconded. All council members
present voted in favor of motion.

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, the 3rd.. day of November,
