HomeMy WebLinkAbout0258 Annual Appropriation 1984ORDINANCE NO. 258 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER 1984 AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1985, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOW~'AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL YEAR 1984-85" PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE: PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, APPROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That the following funds are designated as the DroDer funds into which all revenues accruin~ to the City of Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid durinq the fiscal vear beqinninq on the 1st day of October, 1984 and endinq on the 30th day of September, 1985. General Fund - Internal Central Garage, Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage Fund - Sewer Revenue Bond and Ihterest Fund, Series 10-1-72 - Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September 1, 1976 - Local Improvement Dist. #1, Burnside, Bond & Interest Fund. Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the General Fund for the payment of all General Fund expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 410 General Government $ 316,313.00 422 Law Enforcement 440,340.00 423 Fire Control & Preventinn 154,643.00 ~24 Building Inspection 7,600.00 430 T~ansportation-Hwy, Streets & Rds 250,515.00 432 Engineering 8,900.00 438 Parks 227,300.00 453 Health & Welfare 5,833.00 490 Other General Governmental Purposes 345,285.00 TOTAL GENERAL FUND 1,756,729.00 Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Internal Central Garage, Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewer Fund for the payment of all Central Garage, Waterworks, Sanitation and Sewage expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year: 470 433 434 435 Internal Central Garage 67,500.00 Sanitation-Salaries & Administration 361,200.00 Waterworks-Salaries & Administration 546,350.00 Sewage-Salaries, & Administration 403,600.00 CENTRAL GARAGE, WATER, SANI.,SEWER $1,378,650.00 Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Water Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series September 1, 1976, for the payment of all bonds and interest due on water storage tank proiect Of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 434 Water Revenue Bond & Interest Fund $ 21,815.00 Section 5: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series 10-1-72, for the payment of all bonds and interest due on sewer system project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. 435 Sewer Revenue Bond & Interest, $ 64,600.00 Series 10-1-72 ORDINANCE NO. 258 Page 2 Section 6: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Local Improvement District No. 1, Burnside, Bond Interest and Principal Fund for the payment of all bonds and interest due on the Burnside Local Improvement District project of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year. Local Improvement District No. 1, Bond & Interest $ 12,380.00 Section 7: That the following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the Capital Improvements Funds for the Payment of Highway, Streets and Roads special improvement on Yellowstone Highway. Highway Street & Roads $100.000.00 Section 8: That all Ordinance, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are expressly repealed: That the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and publication~as provided by law.
