COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
July 28, 1993
Minutes of a special meeting held at the city municipal building,
July 28, 1993.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick,
Steven M. England, David A. Landon, W. Dean Wood, Public Works
Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Attorney Thomas J. Holmes was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss 1993-94 Fiscal Year Budget.
1993-94 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET Mayor Cotant and Council discussed
1993-94 Fiscal Year Budget in detail.
PWD Smart was directed to present required water, sewer and
sanitation rate increases, if needed. ~
City Clerk Conlin was directed to insert additional budget
items, along with corrections on proposed budget, then
advertise is required.
At 7:00 p.m., Councilman Quick moved, Councilman England seconded,
with full council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 5:15 p.m., on Wednesday, the 28th. day of July, 1993.
The object of the special meeting is to discuss evaluation
personnel.
