Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Steven M. England, W. Dean Wood, PWD Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin. Counciiman David A. Landor and Attorney Thomas J. Holmes were excused, Meeting was called to order at 4:39 p.m. by Mayor Cotant. PURPOSE OF MEETING is to discuss proposed Chubbuck Development Authority Resolution ¢1-93. HESOLUTION ¢1-N3 - A resolution of the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck, amending NesoIutlon ¢4-92, Resolution ¢7-92 and Resolution ¢11-92 to deflne the geographic boundaries of the Urban Renewai Area, PWD Smart stated this will bring ali changes up to date. Resolution ¢i-93 is required to be faxed to State Tax Commission by 5:00 p.m. today. Councilman England moved to adopt Resolution ¢1-93 as read. Councilman Wood seconded. Ail council members present voted in favor of motion. At 4:45 p.m., Councilman Quick moved, Councilman England seconded, with full council approval to adjourn meeting. Ron C.
