ORDINANCE #441.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF CHUBBUCK., IDAHO.
Section i - MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES: Commencing
January 1, 1996 the salaries of the Mayor and of the
memhers of the Chubbuck City Council. ,shail hp as _followq-
(a) The Mayor of the City of Chubbuck shall receive an
annual (sjalary in the skim of Twelve Thousand dol.l.ars
($-12,000.00),
(b) Each member of the Council shall receive an annual
salary in the sum of Four Thousand, Eight Hundred.
dollars, ($4,800.00), and
Section 2 - The rule requi,ri_ng an ordinance to be rregd
on three separate days, one of which shall be a reading
In full, 1_s hereby dispensed with, and thi.q Ordinance
shall become effective upon its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law,
