AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 440, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 11 1995, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1996: APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF 5129,609.55, AN PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 440, the appropriation ordinance
for the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing
October 1, 1995, and ending September 30, 1996, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of 5128,609.55 be appropriated out of
the revenues from the General Fund in the sum of 5128,609.55, to
be used for the following authorized activities.
410 General Government S 1,187.00
422 Law Enforcement S 59,122.55
438 Parks and Recreation S 68,300.00
Total S 128,609.55
SECTION 2. Effective Date,
be read on three separate days,
full, is hereby dispensed with,
force and effect from and
publication.
