ORDINANCE NO. 455
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, CHANGING
THE ADDRESS OF 4901 YELLOWSTONE TO 210 CIRCLE INN STREET
FOR PROPERTIES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF CIRCLE INN STREET AND
TO 211 CIRCLE INN DRIVE FOR PROPERTIES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
CIRCLE INN STREET; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;
PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Purpose. 4901 Yellowstone has been the address for Circle Inn
Mobile Home Park for a number of years; however the address is incorrect. The mobile
home park does not extend to Yellowstone which causes confusion for the general public
as well as emergency vehicles. Recently a new business has been started which has a
Circle Inn address. The phone book shows Circle Inn abutting Yellowstone Highway.
Section 2. Address Change. The address of 4901 Yellowstone shall be changed
to 210 Circle Inn Street for properties on the north side of the street and to 211 Circle
Inn Street for properties on the south side of the street, effective May 1, 1996.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
Section 1. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. The provisions of any Ordinance of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, and any provision of the Chubbuck Municipal Code which
are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.

Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, for any
reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity
or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
Section 3. Effective Date. The ruling requiring an ordinance to be read on three
separate days, one of which shall be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this
Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
