AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
#515, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 1999
AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2000: APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS THAT
ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF
$184,501. AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO:
Section l: That Ordinance #515 , the appropriation ordinance for the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 1999 and ending September 30, 2000, be the
same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $151,418. be appropriated out of the revenues from the Park
Dedication Fund to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $21,500. be appropriated out of the HSR, Water and Sewer
Depreciation Revenues to be used for authorized activities.
That the additional sum of $11,583. be appropriated out of the revenues from a federal
grant in the Police Department to be used for authorized activities.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, this
26`", day of September, 2000.
