ORDINANCE NO. 5 5 5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ANNEXING CERTAIN
LANDS TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES AND JURISDICTIONAL
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS NEWLY
ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; DIRECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY
CLERK TO COMPLY WITH THE FILING REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN
IDAHO CODE SECTION 63-2215; REPEALING PRIOR CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
Section 1. Annexation. The following described lands, located within Bannock County
and contiguous to the existing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho are hereby annexed and
included within the boundaries and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho:
Park Meadows Subdivision, 152 Addition. See Exhibit "A" for
legal description.
Section 2. Zonins. The above-described lands newly annexed to the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, shall be annexed as a planned unit development for residential development with
subordinate commercial uses.
Section 3. Recording. The Chubbuck City Clerk is hereby directed to comply with the
filing requirements contained in Idaho Code Section 63-2215.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
Section 1. Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. The provisions of any Ordinance of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, and any provision of the Chubbuck Municipal Code which are in
conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, for any reason,
by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity or enforceability
of any of the remaining provisions.
Section 3. Effective Date. The rule requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate
days, one of which shall be a reading in full, is hereby dispensed with, and this Ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.

BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION FOR PARK MEADOWS SUB. 1ST ADDITION
A tract of land in the Northwest'/4 of Northwest'/4 of Section 9, Township 6
South, Range 34 East of the Boise Meridian, Bannock County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East'/4 corner of said Section 9; Thence North 00012'07"
West along the East line of said Section 9, to the Northeast Section corner of
said Section 9, a distance of 2647.10 feet; Thence North 89044'46" West along
the North line of said Section 9, to the North '/ corner of said Section 9, a
distance of 2645.10 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence South 00022'30" East along the Latitudinal Center line of said Section,
said line also being the West Boundary of County Acres Subdivision, a distance
of 325.84 feet; Thence South 89037'30" West a distance of 162.19 feet; Thence
North 02047'17" West a distance of 37.47 feet; Thence North 89048'40" West a
distance of 259.54 feet to a point of nontangency of a 767.00 foot radius curve in
which the radius bears South 89°36'16" East; Thence in a Southwesterly
direction along said curve, through a central angle of 00028'42", for an arc
distance of 6.40 feet (chord bears South 00°09'23" West a distance of 6.40 feet);
Thence North 89050'37" West for a distance of 62.38 feet; Thence North
10021'13" West for a distance of 155.84 feet to a point of nontangency of a
175.00 foot radius curve in which the radius bears South 10°50'25" East; Thence
in a northeasterly direction along said curve, through a central angle of
07013'02", for an arc distance of 22.04 feet (chord bears North 82°46'06" East a
distance of 22.03 feet); Thence North 00°11'18" East for a distance of 140.79
feet to a point on the North line of said Section 9, said point also being on the
centerline of West Chubbuck Road; Thence South 89045'55" East along said
North line, a distance of 489.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
(containing 3.45 acres more or less).
Reserving there from a parcel 40.00 feet in width along the North line of the
above described tract for the right-of-way of West Chubbuck Road (containing
0.45 acres).
