Minutes of a Special Meeting held at city municipal building,
August 2, 1994.
Present: Mayor John O. Cotant, Council members Leroy S. Quick,
Marvin C. Gunter, Steven M. England, W. Dean Wood, Public
Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Coniin.
Attorney Themes J. Holmes was excused
Meeting was called to order at 5:e2 p.m. by Mayor Cotant.
PURPOSE of meeting shall be to dl._cuso 1994-95 Fiscal Year B%!dget.
i994-95 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET DiSCUSSiON - PWD Smart presented the
following proposed 1994-95 Budgets:
Sewer, Sanitation, Water~ Central Garage and Highway, Streets'
and Roads~
Discussion about revenues and expenditures for the above
funds.
City Clerk Conlin explained, with the proposed budgets
presented, there is a deficit of over $1ee,ee0.0e in th~
General Fund, and around $ise,e0e.ee in Highway, Streets and
Roads Fund.
Discussion about contracting residential Sanitation Pick up.
City Clerk Contin stated the 1994-95 Fiscal Year Tentative
Budget is scheduled for August 8, 1994, with the Public
Hearing on the i994-9~ Fiscal Year Budget to be conducted
August 26, 1994.
At 7:42 p.m., Councilman England moved, Councilman Quick seconded,
with f~.lli council approval to adjourn meeting.

CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of
the City Council to be held at the Chubbuck Municipal Building, at
the hour of 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, the 2nd. day of August, 1994.
The ob3ect of the special meeting shall be to discuss 1994-95
Fiscal Year B~ldget,

Pursuant to the call set forth above, notice is hereby given
of a special meeting of the Chubbuck city Council at the time and
place, and for the object, recited in the call.
