~e!!ot box was unlocked and the ballots~ cell book and tally book removed. The
sealed envelope was opened and the 'tally book~ poll }~ook~ eupty pad of election
oaths~ and used ballot pads Nlus pad ~,.~ith the first u'A~sed official ballot
removed. The poll books were checked~ tally books co~m%.ed and checked. Tabula-
