City of Chubbuck, held in the city office on May 26, 1970.
Present: Cotant, Leslie, kom~iell, Thompson and Taylor
Called to order at 8:10 P.M.
The subject of deputizing someone and sending them to school was discussed.
Mayor to check into this.
Vacation and sick leave - The Cit2T of Pocatello's rules applicable to annual
leave or vacation and sick leave was read. Copies to be made for the Council
to study.
Municipal Group Insurance Plan - Insurance for employee's studied and discussed.
Leslie made a motion that the City accept the Municipal Group Insurance. No
cash to be paid if insurance not wanted by employee. Seconded by ~o~ieii.
Vote: Taylor, yes; Thompson, yes; Romrieil, yes; Leslie, yes.
Mayor reported Jordon and Scott Christensen looked at the city streets and
recommend streets be double chipped. Decision was to surface 30 feet wide where
warranted. Romriellmade a motion to surface all streets subject to legal
advise. Seconded by Thompson. Ail agreed.
Pocatello water rates was compared with Chubbuck, Council agreed to put all
city employees, mayor and councilmen on meters.
