studied by the Co~:cil. Motion made b~ T~lor to approve Plat if it satifies all the
specifications of the Oit3 Ordinates. Motion seconded b~; Thrmpson. All in favor.

Mobile Home on Priv~t~ Property - ~s Robson , who o,~s two acres on Burley Drive was
present and requested that they be allowed to place a Mobil~ Home on Private property
on Burley Drive to live in while they are building their Hom~. Henry suggested that
the Council grant ~ exception to the Trailer House Ordinanc~ and allow this providing
they bring in a '~itten statement as to their intent and length of occupancy of the
Trailer House so the ~yor can study their intentions. All agreed to approve of the
Mayor's decision on this ~tter.

Counci~ answered that we can only install a certain nmmber of meters each year·
City Election - Resolution of Notice of City Election and Registration Notice then
read in full by McDevitt. Motion to a~opt the Resolution made by HilLman, seconded by
TaYlor. Roll Call Vote - Hil~an-yes, Taylor-yes, and Thompson-yes. Copy of Resolution
is attached herewith to these minutes.
Street Lights- 11 new street lights are to be installed as soon as Idaho Power can get
them done. Location are as follows: 2 on East Chubbuck Road, 3 on Burley Drive, 2 on
Whitaker Road, 2 in Greener Pastures, 1 on Hawthorne at School Street and 1 on West
Chubbuck Road at Joy Street.
Leland Stuart Water Bill- Arnold Stuart,s Trailer park does not extend as far south as
Leland's Trailer House is located, so therefore we are to continue sending Leland a
water bill.

Count~ Acres- Requested a vacation of part of the 2nd Addition Plat so they could
re-plat it ~to smaller lots This is to be studied and heckled out before signing.

by Hillman. All in favor.
