Safety Areas for School - ~.lurray Layne stated that we need a safe way to the school
area for the children. He recuested +~+ nro~er signs and crosswalks at ~, '~

Budget Repo~- Dal~ Jones presented the Audit of the Cit--z books for the fiscal
year of ~68 in detail Motion to accept the Audit and

made by Thompson, seconded by Buchanan. Ail in favor. Clerk to send copy of Audit
to ~ ~ of

Bannock Development Co,oil- Mayor Henry stated that we need two more members from
the City Council to serve on thes~ co~:zittees Decision was that ~

serve on the Ad~so~ Co~tt~e and Buchanan to serve on the Tec~ica[ Co~ttee.
Fire Dept. Phones- Phone Co. has advised th~ Fire ~ept. that the phones ~11 not
be ready for installation ~til Feb~a~-, ~970, ho~.r~ver th~ ns~.,r nhone n~ber for
the Fire Dept. w~ ~ _n the new Phone Books.
Dog Leash Law- Thom~scn asked if ~s law needs to be o~--' -
