Present- Henry, HilLman, Buchanan and Tho;~,Nson.
Absent- Taylor.
Called to order 8:30 P.M.
purpose - Open Bids for Gasoline, Petroleum Products & Services.

Bids wets then opened. Only two bids were received, n~me!y Triangle Service and
Chubbuck Service Corner. Bids are attached herewith to these minutes. After discussion,
it was the decision of the Council to award the bid for Gas & Disel to Triangle ,
Service and the Bid for all Service work to be done at Chubbuck Service Corner.
Motion to award bids as stated above r~ade by Buchanan, seconded by Thos~son. Ail
in favor. During discussion it was brought out that in case we have any problems ,
with service, the ez~p!oyee is to check with the Mayor and see about getting the
piece of equipment fixed at the best place possible.
Bowman Repair Bill- Wrok done on this job was again explained by Brennan and a
long and bitter discussion followed. Final decision was to charge Bcwman only
one hour of labor plus fittings, instead of 3 hours labor plus fittings. Ail
Council and Bowman agreed to this arrangement. Total bill for Bowman is now 23.70,
instead of 60.70 which they actually owe.
West Chubbuck Road, After discussion it was decided that we go ahead with the project
of oonnecting the water line coming off Joy Street with the water line coming off
Ponderosa, and thus making a loop instead of two dead ends as now exist.
Meeting recessed at 10:O0 P.M. till further notice if necessary.
