Called to order ~:O5 P.M.
Minutes of the last regular meeting read and approved as road.
Bannock County Development Program::- ~o action ~aken at this t~e.
Report on City Water System- read in full by McDevitt.
Ordinance ~' 79 - read in full by McDevitt. l~4otion to dis~tense ~,¢ith rules of
reading on three seperate days made by Thomfson, seconded by Buchanan. I:~oll call

Codes- :~atural Gas~ Liquid Fetrolem,~ Inflss~m~able Liquids. These codes were
discussed and decision was that tkey are nseded. McDevitt ~zil] obtain cop~.es cf
these codes for the Council to study.
Sub-division Ordinmnce- Buchanan is to check with the Com-~ty and see if' they have
passed their Ordinance y'et and if so, see if he can obtain a copy of it.
Annexation-~ Mayor Henry aske~ if we, should tal-:e in the ground south on Ha~t.~horne
Eoad'~Quinn [~oad on +~, East side of ~,awthcrne. ~ ~ ..... +~i~ ~
for this yet. ~'.~ayor Henry said the future 5ewer Main Line will go do;~ ha.~horne

to this so the Planning Co~;tissicn can hold acme hearings on the matter. Decision
was to wait for more information on the Sewer before any action will. be taken.

the appointment. ~
Quonset Suilding- i~iayor Henry stated that we need to ~t~-~r, of: a corner of the
east end of the Quonset so the ('~ater De~t. sut, y, lies can be boxed in now that the
Snake ~,iYer Fire Truck is housed there ~md th~ door must be left unlocked. All
agreed that this should be done. Henry also said it would ~ive us a better inventory
control on these supplies.
Delinquent Water Accounts- The:~.pson said that these accounts are too high and we
must enforce our water shut-off section of Ordinance ~ 7~. Motion to enforce
the Water Shut-off Oection of Ordinance ~i 7~ to the L~nit then nmde by Hillman,
seoonded by Buchanan. Ail in favor.
!,~otion to pay the bills as presented to Council made by Rillman, se~.:onded by
'Buchanan, All in favor.
Financial and I~:olice reports for past month presented ts Coumcil.
'Stuart Trailer P'srk- A long discussion on the new Stuart ~railer r'ark then took
place. Discussion was about the street and dc we have an easement there for our
'water line. Decision was for Buchanan to check this out and report his findings
~t the next meeting.
