CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
RESOLUTION No.13-2007
WHEREAS, Resolution 11-2007 adopted by the City Council at its regularly scheduled
council"meeting on September 25, 2007 authorized the termination of the garbage collection
service contract with Snake River Dispose-Al, Inc.;
WHEREAS, said Resolution authorized the Mayor and other City officials to contract for
delivery of rolling stock, containers and other necessary equipment for the City of Chubbuck to
commence providing its own garbage collection service as of December 1, 2007;
WHEREAS, an Award of Contract was issued by the City to Western Systems &
Fabrication, Ina pursuant to Resolution 11-2007;
WHEREAS, at a Special City Council meeting on October 16,.2007, the Council moved
to proceed with providing garbage collection service in accordance with a specific rate model
presented by City staff;
WHEREAS, the City has obtained a proposal from Citizens Community Bank to lease
said equipment and otherproperCy necessary for the City to provide garbage collection service ;
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Chubbuck as follows:
1. The Mayor, City Clerk and other members of City staff are authorized to enter
into the lease agreements and other. necessary documents presented by Citizen Community Bank
to lease the necessary equipment and other property for the City to provide garbage collection
service'in accordance with Resolution 11-2007.
