RESOLUTION NO.5-2007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO; PROVIDING FOR PROMOTING A
CHILD-APPROPRIATE STANDARD TN CHUBBUCK CITY; PROVIDING THIS
RESOLUTION TO BR EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL.
WHEREAS, City of Chubbuck promotes a corrununity standard that reflects and
encourages a wholesome environment for children and families; and
WHEREAS,. City of Chubbuck strongly encourages all businesses, schools, and public
institutions in the Chubbuck area to adopt child-appropriate standards; and
WHEREAS, City of Chubbuck encourages all its citizens to become aware of this
standard and to promote it for the good of the entire community, particularly for its
future-our children.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho as Promoting aChild-Appropriate Standard.
PASSED AND APPROVED by he Mayor of the City. of Chubbuck, Idaho, this 14`~
