1. Approval of the Iron Peak Business Park Short Plat and the findings, facts and
conclusions of law. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
2. Approval of Items for Donation or Disposal. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss City property for donation or disposal).
CLAIMS:
1. City of Chubbuck claims for November 4, 2026 as presented to Mayor Burch and
Council. (Action Item)
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
