1. The Swearing in of Chubbuck Police Officers.
2. Approval of the Replat of Lot 1, Block 4 Cascade Falls at Harvest Springs Div. 1 Short
Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
CLAIMS:
1. City of Chubbuck claims for October 21, 2026 as presented to Mayor Burch and
Council. (Action Item)
