APPROVAL OF MINUTES: September 16, 2026. (Action Item)
CLAIMS:
1. City of Chubbuck claims for October 7, 2026 as presented to Mayor Burch and
Council. (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval to Appoint Greg Meade to the Chubbuck Development Authority.
(The council will discuss an appointment to the CDA Board). (Action Item).
2. Review the Idaho State University Bengal Community Partnership Agreement and
possibly authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement. (Action Item)
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1. Mayor Report: the Mayor may review non -actionable topics not already on the
agenda that should be brought to the Council's attention, if any.
2. Council Report: Councilmembers may review non -actionable topics not already on
the agenda that should be brought to the Council's attention, if any.
3. Notice of Quorum: Following the adjournment of the council meeting a quorum of
the City Council and Mayor will be present at a meet and greet with Idaho State
University (ISU).
