Re: Acceptance of Offer of Dedication
City staff has completed final inspection and has found that all structures and improvements
relating to the dedicated lands, streets or utilities in Brookstone Estates – Division 14
Subdivision have been completed in accordance with City standards. Although the approved
preliminary plat showed a 10’ access and irrigation easement along the westerly boundary line,
the final plat was recorded with only an 8’ access and irrigation easement along the westerly
boundary line.
Execution of the Acceptance of Offer of Dedication is recommended conditioned upon the final
plat being re-recorded with the access and irrigation easement along the westerly boundary
being 10’ as approved on the preliminary plat.
No building permits will be allowed on the affected lots (lots 23-32, block 1) until the final plat
has been re-recorded and the Acceptance of Offer of Dedication been executed and recorded.
