APPROVAL OF MINUTES: August 12, 2026. (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the Reflection Ridge Div. 2 Final Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions
of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
2. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Ordinance XXX Appropriations for FY2027.
(Council will discuss the possible adoption of a budget for FY27). (Action Item)
3. Discussion and Possible Adoption of Resolution XXX City Fees. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss all public and department fees for the City).
4. Approval of Renewal of Annual Appropriation Certificates of Participation Series 2019.
(Council will discuss the renewal of the annual appropriation lease certificates of participation series
2019). (Action Item)
5. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
6. Review Resolution 2023 -03 -Providing Water & Sewer Outside of City Limits.
