Police and Minancial reports for the month presented to Board.
Water to Fairgrounds- The County Commissioners gawe a definite
answer and they do want water from Chubbuck. It will be a month
before they have the road bed and fills made and they will lay
the line after that.
~&etter referring to a Traffic Ordinance was returned to the
Clerk with the request that it have more signatures.
Building Permit Ordinance- Ballif and McDevitt are working on it
now. It will require thorough study before any action can be taken.
Sewer Lines- A studM of a possible sewer line will Be made
and a survey made to ~Ldetermine cost.
City-County Planning Board. Functions explained by McDevitt.
Resolution providing for Chubbuck to participate in the City-
County Planning was read if full by McDevitt. Roll call vote for
passage of the Resolution as follows: Davis-yes,Hillman-yes, and
Mitchell-yes. A copy of the Resolution is attached to these minutes.
County Commissioners- submitted plans for a pumphouse to be
built by Chubbuck on Chubbuck's property at the Tank site at an
approximate cost of $1,800.00, to house the booster pump necessary
for Chubbuck to supply water to the Fairgrounds. The County wants a
written agreement that the Village of Chubbuck will furnish this
pumphouse. The Board ag reed to have the county attorney draw
up the sgreement, the Board will study it over first, before
passing on the pumphouseo
Aeropark- wants village water, and in return he will give the
Village the use of the well on the Aeropark subdivision. It isan
8 inch, ~00 foot deep well. The Board will look ~nto the possibilities
of this.
East Evan's Lane- Hitchcock, a resident on Evan's Lane would like
to have the water lines straightened out on that lane.. There was
much discussion on this but no decision was reached.~
