Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, July 24"', 2007.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Kent Kearns, Dennis
Stoddard, Richard Morgan, Public Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron
C. Conlin. Attorney Thomas J. Holmes was excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor England.
PURPOSE OF MEETING is to conduct a Study Session to discuss 2007-2008 Proposed Fiscal
Year Budget.
2007-2008 PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR BUDGET -City Clerk Ron Conlin presented the 2007-
2008 Proposed FY Budget.
Discussion about new construction values in the amount of $18,142,823.

PWD Smart presented the Chubbuck Development Authority Urban Renewal Plan
project cash flow, (Attached).
CC Conlin presented the proposed General Fund Expenditures as compared to the
General Fund Revenues.
After discussion, it was decided Council will conduct a 2007-2008 FY Budget Study
Session, August 7"', 2007 at 4:30 p.m.
At 7:25 p.m, Councilman Morgan moved, Councilman Stoddard seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 6:00 p.m, Tuesday,
July 24th, 2007 to conduct a 2007-2008 FY Budget Stu y Session.
