Minutes of a Special Meeting held at the Chubbuck City Council Chambers, July 17t'', 2007.
Present: Mayor Steven M. England, Council members Leroy S. Quick, Kent Kearns, Dennis
Stoddard, Publie Works Director Steven M. Smart and City Clerk Ron C. Conlin.
Councilman Richard Morgan and Attorney Thomas J. Holmes were excused.
Meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. by Mayor England.
PURPOSED OF MEETING is to discuss 2007-2008 Proposed FY HS&R, CDA, Sanitation,
Water Works, Sewer and Central Garage Budgets.
PWD Smart presented his 2007-2008 Proposed FY HS&R, Chubbuck Development
Authority, Sanitation Fund, Water Works Fund, Sewer Fund and Central Garage Budget,
PWD Smart explained changes in last year's budgets.

At 7:15 p.m, Councilman Stoddard moved, Councilman Quick seconded, with full council
approval to adjourn meeting.

Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 50-604, the undersigned Mayor of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, hereby calls a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the Chubbuck City
Council Chambers, 5160 Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho at the hour of 6:30 p.m, Tuesday,
July 17th, 2007 to discuss the 2007-2008 FY HS&R, S itati Water wer Budgets.
