(Action Item) GENERAL BUSINESS: 1. Adopt Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2027. (Action Item) (Council will discuss the adoption of a tentative budget for 2027). 2. Approval of the Brood Subdivision Short Plat and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item) 3. Notice of Quorum: A Quorum of the City Council will be present at the America’s 250th Anniversary Event at 6:00p.m located at Chubbuck City Hall. CLAIMS: 1. City of Chubbuck claims for July 1, 2026 as presented to Mayor Burch and Council. (Action Item) GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1. Mayor Report: the Mayor may review non-actionable topics not already on the agenda that should be brought to the Council’s attention, if any. 2.
