APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 6, 2026. (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Acceptance of the FY25 Comprehensive Financial Report. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the FY25 audited financial report).
2. Approval of the Burnside Commercial Park Condominium Short Plat and the findings,
facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)
(Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code).
3. Approval of Opioid Participation Agreements. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss participating with opioid settlement allocation agreements).
4. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Action Item).
(Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal).
5. Discussion and Possible Approval of a Waterline Project. (Action Item).
