RE: Council Approval of Walgreens' Alcohol License
Upon Walgreens having a change of ownership and a change in their corporate officers,
Walgreens has been issued a new alcohol license by both the State of Idaho and Bannock
County. In conjunction with the State and County, Walgreens has applied for a new alcohol
license through the City.
Walgreens has completed a new alcohol and business license application, which has gone
through the approval process. In addition, they remitted payment and the supporting
documentation of State and County licenses.
We recommend the approval of Walgreen's alcohol license.
By City code 5.04 all Alcohol licensing needs to be approved by the City Council.
