STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rodney Burch, Public Works Director Bridger Morrison, Public Works Operations Manager Kami Berger, City Attorney Ryan Lewis, Public Works Director Bridger Morrison, Planning Manager Don Matson, Police Chief Nick Sasser, Human Resource Director Scott Gummersall, City Treasurer Eric Jablonski, and City Clerk Joey Bowers. Mayor Burch excused Councilmember Roger Hernandez from the meeting. Councilmember Hernandez arrived to the meeting at 5:45. GENERAL BUSINESS: 1. Discussion on the Council Goal and Priorities for Strategic Plan. The Council reviewed the strategic plan and discussed their individual priorities to determine the City's top areas of focus. ADJOURN: Mayor Rodney Burch adjourned at 5:52. STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rodney Burch, City Attorney Ryan Lewis, Public Works Operations Manager Kami Berger, Planning Manager Don Matson, Development Services Manager Sean Harris, Police Chief Nick Sasser, Human Resource Director Scott Gummersall, City Treasurer Eric Jablonski, and City Clerk Joey Bowers. DISCLOSURES OR CONFLICTS OF INTEREST ON ANY AGENDA ITEMS: None were reported. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 4, 2026. Councilmember Heiner motioned for approval of the Study Session and Council Meeting minutes. Councilmember Evans seconded motion for approval of minutes. Roll Call: Heiner -yes, Evans -yes, Hernandez -yes, Reece -yes, motion passed. GENERAL BUSINESS: 1. Reading of Letter by Youth Community Member Caleb Woods. Caleb Woods read aloud a letter. 2. Approval to Appoint Nickole Romriell to the Land Use and Development Commission. (The Council will discuss an appointment to the Land Use and Development Commission). Mayor Burch presented Nickole Romriell to serve on the Land Use and Development Commission. Councilmember Hernandez motioned to approve the appointment of Nickole Romriell to the Land Use and Development Board. Councilmember Heiner seconded motion for approval. Roll Call: Evans -yes, Hernandez -yes, Reece -yes, Heiner -yes, motion passed. 3. Approval of Items for Auction or Disposal. (Council will discuss City property for auction or disposal). Councilmember Evans motioned for approval of items for disposal. Councilmember Hernandez seconded motion for approval. Roll Call: Hernandez -yes, Reece -yes, Heiner -yes, Evans -yes, motion passed. CLAIMS: City of Chubbuck claims for March 18, 2026 as presented to Mayor Burch and Council. Councilmember Heiner motioned to approve the City of Chubbuck Claims as presented. Councilmember Evans seconded motion for approval. Roll Call: Reece -yes, Heiner -yes, Evans -yes, Hernandez -yes, motion passed. ADJOURN: Mayor Rodney Burch adjourned at 6:10.
