1. Consider an Extension of Time for a Conditional Use Permit for New Day Parkway Animal
Care, and the findings, facts and conclusions of law. (Action Item)

2. Presentation and Discussion on proposed modifications to the Northside Crossing Conceptual
Master Development Plan.
