GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Approval to Appoint Darell Stewart to the Land Use and Development Commission.

2. Approval to Appoint Brent Christophersen to the Land Use and Development Commission.

4. Resolution 2026 -XXX Approval of Records for Destruction. (Action Item)

5. Resolution 2026 -XXX America250 Idaho Commemoration and the United States

6. Resolution 2026 -XXX Establishing a Building and Development Advisory Committee.
(Council will discuss establishing an advisory committee to assist the mayor). (Action Item)
7. Resolution 2026 -XXX Establishing a Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.

8. Claims: City of Chubbuck claims for February 18, 2026 as presented to Mayor Burch and
Council. (Action Item)
9. Motion to enter into an Executive Session in accordance with Idaho Code 74-206 (1)(f):
"To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to discuss the legal ramifications of and
legal options for pending litigation, or controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to
be litigated." (Action Item).
