• The applicant for the Casa Del Tree Valley final plat has requested to amend the interior lot
lines of the previously approved Casa Del Tree Valley final plat. See Exhibit 1.
• Staff is supportive of the request to amend the interior lot lines of the previously approved
Casa Del Tree Valley final plat.

Thank you for your continued support and assistance with the Casa Del Tree Valley
Subdivision project. I appreciate your attention to the most recent version of the final
plat, which Dioptra sent to you last Friday.
I am writing to formally request that the city place us on the agenda for the upcoming city
council meeting to seek approval forthe proposed lot line adjustments. These changes
are being made at the owner's request to increase the size of Lots 4 and 5, ensuring they
better accommodate the homes already designed for those lots. Bye nlarging these lots,
the owner can meet all required setbacks and create the desired buffer from the
frontage lots without needingto alter their current house plans. As a result, Lots 1
through 3 will become smaller, although no plans have been designed for these lots at
this time. Importantly, the total number of lots remains unchanged from the previous
version of the plat.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns to this request. I appreciate
the city's consideration to this matter.
