APPROVAL OF MINUTES: November 5, 2025. (Action Item)
GENERAL BUSINESS:
1. Request to Waive the ordinance requirements for the development of Candee Subdivision
- Division 2. Property being located at 5021 Yellowstone Ave (Corner of Yellowstone
Ave & Ward Dr). (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
2. Request to Amend the Interior Lot Lines of the Previously Approved Casa Del Tree
Valley final plat. (Council will discuss the application and if it meets City code). (Action Item)
3. Discussion and a Presentation by Pioneer Capital Ventures on Possible Private -Public
Opportunities as a Funding Mechanism.

Council. (Action Item)
