of Trustees of the Village of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal Building of
the Village of Chubbuck, on November 26, 1957
Present - Hillman, Valenty, Ward and Caldwell.
Absent- Fenwick and Frasure.
Called to or-er 8:15 P.M.
Purpose of meeting- Acting on Ordinance # h2 to provide for issuance
of the General Obligation Water Bonds.
Ordinance #d2 read in full by Caldwell.
Motion to suspend the rules, read once in full and twice by title made
by ,Yard, seco~ded by Hillman.
Poll call vote on motion:
Hillman - yes

Valenty - yes
Ordinance # 42 then read twice by title.

Valenty - yes
The mill levy to cover the Bonds will be set at the beginning of the
next Fiscal Year.
The I~aho Bank & Trust Co. has been approved for handling of Village funds.
