IV. GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Adoption of Resolution 2025 -XXX Yellowstone Corridor Urban Renewal Project. In
compliance with the Idaho Urban Renewal Law of 1965, Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code,
as amended and the Local Economic Development Act, Chapter 29, Title 50, Idaho Code, as
amended, the Urban Renewal Plan for the Yellowstone Corridor Urban Renewal Project,
adopted by the Chubbuck Development Authority on August 19, 2025, will be presented to
the Commission for review and recommendations as to the plan's conformity with the City of
Chubbuck's Comprehensive Plan. (Action Item)
2. Proposed Changes to Title 18: Land Use. Staff will present a proposal for several changes in city code
regarding the repeal of certain sections and updating references to other parts of City code.
3. Proposed Implementation Steps of Comprehensive Plan and the ULI Gateways to Growth Report.
The Comprehensive Plan includes 23 higher priority strategies for Planning and other departments,
and the ULI report includes 8 recommendations to begin as soon as possible. Staff will introduce the
strategies and recommendations for discussion.
