of Chubbuck, held in the Municipal Building of the Village of Chubbuck,
on October 21, 1957.
Present-Fenwick, Valenty, Hillman, ~Vard and Galdwell.
Abs ent-Frasure.
Called to Or,er 8:00 P.M.
Purpose of meeting- ~eceiveing and opemin~ of Bids for Drilling, Caseing,
and Testing of ne~# well.
Bids as follows:
Cushman & Johnson, Blackfoot, Idaho - Drilling and caseing for 200 feet
plus test for 8 hours- ~3,970.00
.Test beyond8 hour~ ~. $15~.OQ_per hour
200 feet plus test for 8 hours - ~3.,950.OO.
Test beyond 8 hours $ ,15.OO per hour.~J?°~ ~
Both bids are the same for a 180 foot ~epth. ~
Motion made by Hillman to accept services of Cushman & Johnson, seconded
by Fen~ick. Roll call vote on motion

£or the annexation of certain properties East of Yellowstone Hi~y. The
complete description, title ~nd Ordinsnce read in full by Caldwell.
Motion to suspend the rules ~nd read once in full ~nd t~ice by title made
by Hillm~n, seconded by Fen~ick.

Valenty introduced the subject of no sale and no consumption of intoxicants
on Sunday. After a discussion on the subject Ward, Fenwick and Valenty advised
Caldwell they were in favor of having such an Ordinance ~rawn up so the Board
can act on it.
