BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: Section 1.he following described lands, located within Bannock County and contiguous to the existing boundaries of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho are hereby annexed and included ' #he-boundwi andiurisdictional limits of the City -of Chubbuck, Idaho: See Exhibit "A Hawthorne Road Right of Way Section 2. Zonis* The above -.described lands newly annexed to the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, are part of the right ofway of Hawthorne Road which is a road established by prescriptive use. These annexed lands would not have a distinct zoning classification as right of way. Section 3. (,'=liance. The Chubbuck City Clerk is hereby directed to comply with the filing requirements contained in Idaho Code Section 63-2215. Section 1. R al of conflicting Ordinances. The provisions of any Ordinance of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, and any provision of the Chubbuck Municipal Code which are in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
