RESOLUTION NO.15 -2006
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, 1DAH0, AMENDING THE RATES TO BE
CHARGED BY THE CITY POR WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES
FURNISHED .THROUGH TH> MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.020 of the Chubbuck Municipal Code provided that
the rates for wastewater collection and treatment services furnished through the
municipal wastewater ystem shall be set by resolution, and
WHEREAS, Section 9 of the Pocatello-Chubbuck wastewater treatment
agreement dated November 21; 1983 requires Chubbuck to pay to Pocatello,
connection (or system capacity) fees set by Pocatello
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Chubbuck
that effective, October 1, 2006, the connection fees for this service shall amended
by adding, as followrs: ~.

Effective September 30 2007
1.00 x $1,020.00 = 51,020.00
1.00 x 52,040.00 = $2,040.00
1.00 x $3,260.00 = $3,260.00
Industrial Users (abnormal strengths or volumes, multiple meters, meters larger
than 2", or BOD and/or total suspended solids greater than 200 ppmJ Effective
October 1, 2006:
Volume fee, per 1,000 gals/yr $3.06
BOD fee, per lb/yr 51.07
TSS fee, per ib/yr 51.18
